10. Living In Excellence, LLC sponsor residential providers support individuals with the DD Medicaid Waiver (Community Living). They are trained to support individuals who require varying levels of care. Including implementation of their Person Centered Plan. The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) ensures that individuals who receive services from Living In Excellence, LLC are treated with dignity and respect and are provided quality services by properly trained staff in a safe environment. The Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS): Ensures Living In Excellence individuals who are receiving services are eligible for reimbursement of this service. Also, to ensure individuals meet the criteria for placement and reimbursement
